Sweetheart

            Rest in Peace my little Sweetheart. You grew old and I hope you died just because of old age. You were over 6 years old or so. I knew you wouldn't be with me forever...

            But, Ill miss your adorable tuft between your ears and the way you would be shy but after a few minutes start to explore your surroundings. How you would perk your ears and climb on my lap from time to time. Ill even miss when it was time to clip your claws and you would give me such a hard time but overall trusted me not to hurt you. You really only trusted me because no one else cared for you the way I did.

            Ill miss the times when id have to protect you from your fear of the other animals in the house, mostly from faith because her safe room is my room, and that's where id always take you. Id yell at Faith and she would meow protesting me, "But its prey!" But would automatically back away from you. 
         
          And when it was time for you to go back to your cage, you would run away from me. Hiding under the chair or racing to the other side of it as I followed you. How you would want to hide in my hair from the other animals as they came up to me expectantly when I brought you back to the garage.

            I cant believe ill never be able to hold you again. I hope you are faring well in the other world.

(And of course how you put up with my occasional crap)
